      Why Consider Us?

World Vision Canada has consistently been awarded Canada and GTA top employer awards. We are Canada’s largest development, relief, and advocacy non-profit organization. We embody an Agile mindset here.

Nature of the Engagement  This is a consulting engagement, and the successful candidate will operate as an independent contractor or consultant. Specific deliverables, timelines, level of effort, and engagement duration will be defined in a contract or terms of reference.    This posting is to establish a pre-qualified consultant talent pool for grant-funded work. It is not an active role and does not represent an immediate contract or employment opportunity.   We are proactively identifying independent consultants who may be engaged on a contract basis should grant funding be approved.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
