Senior Global Impact Manager – Major Donors & Legate 80% - 100%

Das bewegst du

  • Du entwickelst die Fundraising-Strategie für Major Donors und HNWI weiter und verantwortest ein eigenes Portfolio von Individual- und Grossspenderinnen und -spendern.
  • Du verantwortest Budget, Ertragsziele und Forecasting und stellst die regelmässige Überprüfung der Zielerreichung sicher.
  • Du gewinnst neue Förderpartnerinnen und Förderpartner und baust langfristige, vertrauensvolle Beziehungen auf.
  • Du übernimmst die Fachverantwortung für den Bereich Legate, entwickelst diesen strategisch und fachlich weiter und begleitest interessierte Personen sowie Nachlassabwicklungen einfühlsam und professionell.
  • Du entwickelst individuelle Finanzierungslösungen, Gesuche und Präsentationen und machst die Wirkung unserer Programme sichtbar.
  • Du pflegst das CRM konsequent und arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Programmen, Finance sowie internationalen World-Vision-Teams zusammen.

Du begeisterst uns mit

  • einem Hochschulabschluss oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung sowie mehrjähriger Erfahrung im Major-Donor-, HNWI- oder Relationship Fundraising; Erfahrung im Legate-Bereich ist von Vorteil.
  • einer gewinnenden, empathischen und überzeugenden Persönlichkeit sowie Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Beziehungen auf Augenhöhe.
  • ausgeprägtem Fundraising- und Erfolgswillen sowie unternehmerischem Denken und einer guten Zahlenaffinität.
  • hoher Eigeninitiative, Effizienz und der Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • einem sicheren Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte präzise und überzeugend aufzubereiten.
  • sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift; Französisch ist ein Plus.
  • Freude am Netzwerken und persönlichen Begegnungen sowie idealerweise einem bestehenden Netzwerk im philanthropischen Umfeld. Du identifizierst Dich mit den Grundwerten von World Vision und bringst diese in Deinem täglichen Handeln zum Ausdruck.
