Im Wydenhof verbringen 53 HeimbewohnerInnen in familiärer und schönster Umgebung ihren Lebensabend. Durch unser Engagement in der Berufsbildung bieten wir einen hohen und zeitgemässen Pflegestandard. Wir suchen zur Ergänzung unseres Teams per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine

PFLEGEFACHPERSON HF oder Fachperson Gesundheit (FS 3 ODER 2)

Wiedereinsteiger/innen sind herzlich willkommen! Wir unterstützen Sie mit internen Schulungen bei einem Wiedereinstieg in den Pflegeberuf!

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

* Abschluss HF, AKP, PsyKP, KWS (Funktionsstufe 3) oder FaGe, FASRK (Funktionsstufe 2) * Sie behalten den Überblick in der Organisation ihrer Aufgabe * Sie sind gewissenhaft und respektvoll gegenüber Ihrem Team * Sie sind wertschätzend und liebevoll zu älteren Menschen * Für Sie sind die Bedürfnisse von Betrieb und Arbeitskollegen wichtig * Sie arbeiten mit InterRAI LTCF und careCoach

So helfen Sie unseren Bewohnenden:

* Sie unterstützen und begleiten unsere Bewohnenden in ihren täglichen Bedürfnissen und Herausforderungen * Sie können die Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohnenden vorausschauend planen und koordinieren * Sie können unsere tägliche Planung umsetzen und bei Bedarf anpassen * Ev. möchten Sie uns mithelfen bei der Betreuung von Lernenden
