Wynne Ford has an incredible opportunity for an experienced Parts Manager to join our team! We are looking for a motivated leader with strong organizational skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to effectively manage and develop a Parts Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, communicate, implement, and monitor effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system, including perpetual and/or annual physical inventories and proper counter procedures.
  • Submit all parts warranty and return claims within required timeframes.
  • Work closely with the Service Department to ensure timely availability of parts for internal repairs.
  • Train, develop, and lead Parts Department employees.
  • Complete and maintain required Ford certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive parts management experience preferred.
  • CDK experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
