Responsável pelo suporte técnico especializado e centralizado dos ambientes de TIC e Telecomunicações, atuando diretamente na sustentação da infraestrutura tecnológica, análise de incidentes críticos e suporte avançado às equipes regionais e de campo. Buscamos profissional com sólida experiência em infraestrutura, suporte avançado e telecomunicações para atuar no monitoramento, sustentação e resolução de incidentes críticos em ambientes corporativos de alta disponibilidade. O profissional será responsável por apoiar tecnicamente as equipes de suporte, atuar na análise de causa raiz de incidentes, acompanhar fornecedores e garantir a continuidade operacional dos serviços de TIC e Telecom. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitoramento contínuo de servidores, storages, ativos de rede e ambientes virtualizados; Acompanhamento e tratamento de incidentes complexos junto a fornecedores, operadoras e equipes internas; Análise de tendências e identificação de falhas recorrentes visando prevenção de incidentes; Administração e atualização de base de conhecimento, banco de erros conhecidos e documentação técnica; Apoio técnico às equipes de atendimento de campo e suporte regional; Monitoramento de capacidade, desempenho e disponibilidade dos ambientes tecnológicos; Elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e indicadores operacionais; Execução de ações preventivas e corretivas para garantir estabilidade e continuidade dos serviços; Gestão de contas de máquinas, diretórios e controles de acesso à rede; Atuação conforme boas práticas de ITIL e gestão de serviços de TI.
