Per una realtà multinazionale strutturata, operante nel settore dei materiali per l'edilizia, ricerchiamo una figura di: PROJECT SALES AREA MANAGER Il Project Sales unisce un background tecnico ad forte attitudine commerciale. La figura svilupperà relazioni con costruttori, studi di architettura, società di ingegneria e studi tecnici, con l'obiettivo di favorire l'inserimento delle soluzioni aziendali nei capitolati e nelle specifiche di progetto. Il ruolo prevede un lavoro continuativo sul territorio e una collaborazione stretta con Area Manager Lombardia e Brand Ambassador, per garantire continuità tra attività di prescrizione e sviluppo commerciale. Cosa farai: Gestirai e svilupperai un portafoglio di contatti (studi/progettisti/costruttori) sul territorio, con pianificazione visite e azioni strutturate. Lavorerai sul canale prescrizione: presentazione tecnica delle soluzioni, supporto alla progettazione e presidio dell'inserimento a capitolato (capitolati, computi, specifiche). Seguirai cantieri strategici anche nella fase di realizzazione, diventando il riferimento tecnico dall'avvio alla chiusura progetto per esigenze specifiche (di prodotto, marketing, visioni progettuali). Contribuirai agli obiettivi di fatturato e marginalità attraverso un presidio end-to-end dei progetti; il ruolo non prevede responsabilità diretta sul prezzo, ma impatta in modo concreto su conversione e risultato. Costruirai e manterrai una pipeline progetti (CRM), identificando stakeholder, step decisionali e azioni per la conversione. Collaborerai con funzioni interne (ufficio tecnico, back office, marketing) per documentazione, gestione richieste e follow-up. Raccoglierai insight dal mercato e dai cantieri per intercettare trend, esigenze e opportunità, condividendoli con i team interni. Organizzerai momenti di ingaggio e formazione (workshop, presentazioni tecniche, eventi di settore). Chi cerchiamo: Laurea o percorso equivalente in Architettura / Ingegneria Civile-Edile. Esperienza middle in ruoli tecnico-commerciali nel mondo edilizia/materiali/sistemi per costruzioni, preferibilmente con esposizione a costruttori e canale studi/progettisti. Familiarità con logiche di capitolati/prescrizione e capacità di relazione con interlocutori tecnici senior. Autonomia nella gestione del territorio, approccio strutturato, capacità di prioritizzare e fare reporting. Proattività, curiosità, orientamento al risultato. Inglese B2. Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti (prevalenza operativa su Milano). Patente B.
