Per importante realtà nazionale, operante in ambito Edilizia e Prefabbricazione, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Tecnico Commerciale Lazio La risorsa, inserita all'interno della BU Services, orientata alla riqualificazione di strutture esistenti a livello sismico ed energetico e a diretto riporto del Direttore Commerciale, avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare nuovo business per incentivare la presenza della BU sul territorio del Lazio e consolidare il business all'interno del territorio di responsabilità. Principali Responsabilità: Sviluppare il mercato di riferimento, attraverso nuovo business e la promozione delle attività core della Bussines Unit; Gestire le trattative commerciali dal primo contratto fino al post vendita; Consolidare la presenza del brand sul territorio del Lazio, incentivando il network con studi di progettazione, studi tecnici e società di costruzioni; Svolgere analisi di mercato al fine di individuare nuove opportunità di business e monitorare l'andamento dei competitor; Presenziare ad eventi o fiere di settore sul territorio. Requisiti: Mandatorio titolo d'istruzione geometra, architettura, ingegneria edile o affini; Mandatori almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella creazione di nuovo business legati alla promozione e vendita di servizi legati all'edilizia; Conoscenza approfondita del territorio e degli interlocutori target per l'azienda (studi tecnici, di progettazione); Solide capacità di comunicazione e presentazione di servizi tecnici; Ottime capacità analitiche, problem solving, e proattività Inquadramento: il CCNL Laterizi e Manufatti in Cemento Categoria B; Benefit : Auto aziendale uso promiscuo, telefono, PC, rimborso spese pasti; Welfare aziendale proporzionale legato a risultati azienda di € 1.500; Area Competenza Lazio Rande economico: 40.000€ - 45.000€ Sede di lavoro: Lazio L'offerta si intende rivolta a candidati ambosessi, nel rispetto del D.Lgs. n. 198/2006 e <a href="http://ss.mm" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">ss.mm</a>.ii. e dei Decreti Legislativi n. 215 e n. 216 del 2003 sulle parità di trattamento.
