Il nostro cliente è una storica azienda specializzata nella progettazione e realizzazione di macchinari per la lavorazione della gomma/plastica, parte di un importante gruppo multinazionale che sviluppa, produce e commercializza linee complete a livello globale. Per il potenziamento dell'organico ricerchiamo: MONTATORE MECCANICO TRASFERTISTA - fino a 180 gg/anno (2-15 anni di esperienza) Sede: Busto Arsizio (VA) Modalità: 2 giorni di smart working/settimana Trasferte: EU / extra-EU fino a max 180 gg/anno (media prevista 150 gg/anno nel 2025) Principali responsabilità Eseguire montaggio meccanico, messa in servizio e manutenzione su linee di lavorazione gomma/plastica, garantendo interventi a regola d'arte. Pur essendo operativo sul campo, nel 90% dei casi coordina la squadra del cliente per attività operative e training tecnico. Coordinare e verificare le attività dei subappaltatori, assicurando conformità tecnica e rispetto delle norme di sicurezza. Redigere report digitali delle attività svolte in lingua inglese (richiesta conoscenza almeno autosufficiente). Formazione Diploma tecnico / perito meccanico. Esperienza 2-15 anni come tecnico di campo/di cantiere, con attività di montaggio e/o manutenzione meccanica di macchinari e linee di produzione fino all'avviamento. La manutenzione è particolarmente rilevante. Capacità di preparare documentazione tecnica in inglese (livello autosufficiente). L'azienda valuta diverse seniority: la motivazione al cambiamento sarà un elemento chiave. Previsti affiancamento e formazione per profili più junior. L'azienda garantisce equilibrio vita privata/lavoro e trattamento economico coerente. Trasferte Quantità: media 150 gg/anno (2025), fino a max 180 gg/anno. Indennità: prevista indennità annua 'fissa' indipendente dai giorni effettivi (150, meno o fino a 80), più indennità giornaliera variabile. Durata: fino a max 3 settimane continuative (talvolta 4, 7 o 10 giorni). L'azienda evita partenze nel weekend. Competenze tecniche Lettura disegno meccanico, conoscenza lavorazioni e tolleranze. Utilizzo strumenti di misura (calibri, micrometri, spessimetri). Gradite competenze idrauliche/oleodinamiche/pneumatiche. Lingue Inglese tecnico autosufficiente (B2 gradito ma non indispensabile).
