Il nostro Cliente, rappresentativa azienda operante nel settore dei sistemi di refrigerazione professionali, ci ha incaricato di ricercare: COMMERCIAL TRAINER MANAGER Principali Responsabilità - Il/La Candidato/a avrà il compito di supportare lo sviluppo delle reti di vendita Italia ed estero (distributori e rete vendita dell'azienda), attraverso attività di formazione, sales enablement, accompagnamento al cambiamento, favorendo l'adozione di nuovi processi, modelli commerciali e strumenti digitali. - Sarà suo compito diffondere e far adottare in modo concreto alla rete di vendita conoscenze, metodologie, processi e strumenti commerciali, trasformando la strategia aziendale in competenze operative, comportamenti e tool utilizzabili dalla rete vendita. - Tradurre strategia e know-how in progetti formativi su: processi di vendita, prodotti, applicazioni, casi d'uso, tecnologie. - Assicurare la corretta implementazione di processi, metodologie e best practice commerciali. - Supportare iniziative di Sales Training, Leadership Development e Digital Learning. - Favorire l'adozione di CRM, Academy e strumenti di Sales Enablement. - Creare contenuti e materiali formativi con team tecnici e sales. - Coordinare attività formative con la forza vendite nazionale e internazionale. - Misurare l'efficacia degli interventi tramite KPI di apprendimento, adozione e performance commerciale. Requisiti - Laurea o formazione equipollente. - Esperienza in ruoli analoghi come Trainer o Formatore o ruoli commerciali come Sales Manager, Area Manager o key Account, gradita la provenienza da settori quali elettrodomestico, food service equipment, HVAC, refrigerazione. - Si ricerca una persona dalla forte matrice commerciale, in possesso di ottima capacità di trasferire metodologie, processi e strumenti alla rete vendita. - Familiarità con processi di vendita globali. - Inglese avanzato indispensabile (formazione e progetti cross-country, stakeholder esteri). - Ottime capacità comunicative e di public speaking, problem solving/analisi, teamwork, capacità di lavorare in contesti multinazionali. - Capacità di analisi, di lettura dati commerciali e di elaborazione di reportistica di monitoraggio dei KPI del team sales e dell'andamento del mercato. Sede di lavoro di riferimento: Provincia di Treviso con disponibilità a svolgere trasferte/spostamenti in Italia e all'estero. Inquadramento: Tempo Indeterminato Range Retributivo offerto: RAL 50.000 -60.000 € + MBO Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut. Min. del 15/04/2014 Prot. N: 39/4903) e si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive.
