Per un gruppo multinazionale specializzato nella progettazione, sviluppo e industrializzazione di cavi speciali e soluzioni di interconnessione per infrastrutture industriali critiche (automazione, trasporti, medicale, energia), ricerchiamo una figura di nuova implementazione, mai esistita ad oggi nell'organizzazione, da inserire nel dipartimento 'Manutenzione': MANUTENTORE ELETTRICO E/O MECCATRONICO (FUTURO 'SUPERVISOR MANUTENZIONE') Braccio destro del Responsabile Manutenzione La risorsa, attualmente manutentore elettrico e/o meccatronico senior, si occuperà della manutenzione elettrica degli impianti di produzione differenziati e distribuiti su 7 capannoni (cordatura, isolamento, assemblaggio, trecciatura, estrusione guaina e collaudo). Dopo un percorso di affiancamento col Responsabile della Manutenzione, funzionale ad apprendere processi e metodologia di lavoro, passerà progressivamente al ruolo gestionale di 'Supervisor', coordinando il team (7 risorse tra manutentori elettrici e meccanici, quest'ultimi completamente autonomi) Responsabilità Coordinare e garantire la corretta esecuzione delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria (preventiva, correttiva, predittiva ed emergenziale) con focus sulla riduzione dei fermi macchina. Gestire l'operatività manutentiva su impianti e utilities di stabilimento, tra cui cabine elettriche, impianti di raffreddamento e impianti di aria compressa (guasti complessi). Supportare la gestione della manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria (attività già pianificate) e la gestione fornitori (già pianificata). Contribuire alla pianificazione e allo sviluppo di nuovi sistemi di controllo per strutturare/ottimizzare le richieste di manutenzione. Supportare le attività di messa in sicurezza degli impianti e i nuovi progetti in corso legati alla marcatura CE. Collaborare con il Responsabile della Manutenzione nel reporting su avanzamento attività e performance operative. Requisiti Esperienza elettrica / meccatronica con : lettura schemi elettrici; conoscenza di drive/inverter; diagnosi su cablaggi; attenzione alla connettività delle macchine; conoscenza base PLC orientata alla diagnosi in caso di fermo macchina. Approccio operativo (hands-on) nella gestione guasti, interfacciandosi con elettrici e meccanici (competenze trasversali: elettrico + basi meccaniche / pneumatiche / idrauliche). Proattività e spirito di iniziativa per proporre iniziative di ottimizzazione del lavoro e di miglioramento continuo Inglese tecnico per interlocuzione tecnica con fornitori esteri. Plus Approccio strutturato alla manutenzione (es. attenzione a criticità/ricambi strategici e logiche di miglioramento). Esperienza su linee/impianti automatici con elevata complessità elettrica.
