Per azienda nostra cliente siamo alla ricerca di una figura di ASPP/HSE SENIOR SPECIALIST La figura, a diretto riporto dell'HSE & Facility Manager, dovrà occuparsi di: Valutazione del rischio e redazione del Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi Elaborazione di misure preventive e protettive e sistemi di controllo di tali misure Mantenimento dello scadenziario sugli obblighi normativi e volontari Assistenza e collaborazione con consulenti per le valutazioni del rischio specifiche Formazione del personale in materia di salute e sicurezza Gestione della sorveglianza sanitaria in collaborazione con il Medico Competente Gestione della qualifica degli appaltatori ed elaborazione DUVRI Omologazione delle sostanze chimiche in uso attraverso la valutazione del rischio e la valutazione degli impatti ambientali Verifica dei processi industriali e di lavoro al fine della valutazione del rischio e alla prevenzione ambientale Aggiornamento dei i processi autorizzativi ambientali ed organizzazione delle attività analitiche e di monitoraggio prescritti Mantenimento e miglioramento delle procedure per la gestione ambientale Mantenere attivo e aggiornato il Sistema di Gestione Sicurezza e Ambiente secondo le norme ISO 45001 e 14001 Collaborare alla diffusione della Cultura e del Valore della Salute & Sicurezza sul lavoro supportando il coinvolgimento dei lavoratori nelle tematiche della Sicurezza Comportamentale Analizzare le cause degli eventi incidentali e infortunistici Collaborare con l'HSE Manager nei progetti per la Sostenibilità Ambientale I requisiti principali richiesti per la figura sono: Laurea, preferibilmente in ingegneria in ambiente e sicurezza o percorsi similari Abilitazione per ASPP - Addetto al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione (Moduli A e B); Conoscenza delle norme ISO 45001 e ISO 14001; Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. Completano il profilo orientamento al risultato e al miglioramento continuo, propensione al nuovo, buone capacità relazionali, competenze trasversali nel lavoro di gruppo. Offerta: contratto indeterminato, CCNL metalmeccanico, livello impiegatizio. La RAL potrà attestarsi tra i 45-50.000€. Sede di lavoro: provincia di Alessandria (AL).
