Per ampliamento dell'organico del sito produttivo di OSTERIA GRANDE (BO), ricerchiamo una figura di RESPONSABILE ASSICURAZIONE & CONTROLLO QUALITA' - ALIMENTARE Attività: Responsabilità dell'aggiornamento continuo delle procedure di Controllo Qualità, assicurando che siano sempre in linea con gli standard aziendali. Identificazione e risoluzione delle non conformità, in collaborazione con altre funzioni aziendali per garantire un'efficace risoluzione dei problemi. Proposizione di soluzioni correttive per affrontare eventuali non conformità, contribuendo attivamente ai progetti di miglioramento continuo, seguendo ogni fase fino al loro completamento. Promozione della Cultura della Qualità all'interno dell'azienda. Requisiti: Laurea magistrale in Tecnologie Alimentari, Biologia, Agraria o discipline affini. Conoscenza approfondita dell'analisi del rischio e dei principi base del sistema HACCP. Familiarità con le certificazioni GFSI, come BRC e IFS. Esperienza nella gestione di audit di seconda e terza parte. Spirito d'iniziativa e attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi. Capacità di lavoro efficace sia in autonomia che in team. Esperienza consolidata nel settore alimentare.
