Senior Business Analyst SAP SD Sales and Distribution Wyser ricerca, per una multinazionale italiana di grandi dimensioni con oltre 4.000 dipendenti, un Senior Business Analyst SAP SD con competenze sui processi di vendite e distribuzione. La ricerca si inserisce in un progetto di implementazione greenfield di SAP S/4HANA a livello di Gruppo. Il ruolo La risorsa sarà il riferimento funzionale per i processi Order to Cash, traducendo le esigenze delle funzioni commerciali e logistiche in soluzioni SAP e contribuendo alla continuità operativa e al miglioramento dei flussi di vendita. Principali responsabilità Raccogliere e analizzare i requisiti di business relativi a ordini di vendita, pricing, consegne, spedizioni, fatturazione e resi. Disegnare soluzioni funzionali SAP SD, valutando l'aderenza allo standard e gli impatti sui processi integrati con MM e FI/CO. Presidiare il customizing di competenza e redigere specifiche funzionali per sviluppi, interfacce e report, collaborando con i team tecnici e i partner esterni. Partecipare all'implementazione greenfield di SAP S/4HANA a livello di Gruppo, contribuendo alla definizione del template comune, all'armonizzazione dei processi e alle attività di test, migrazione dati e avvio. Definire scenari di test, coordinare gli UAT con i key user e curare documentazione e formazione degli utenti. Analizzare le anomalie applicative e proporre miglioramenti dei flussi commerciali, garantendo coerenza dei dati e delle integrazioni. Requisiti Esperienza consolidata, indicativamente di almeno 5 anni, su SAP SD in ruoli di Business Analyst o consulente funzionale. Conoscenza approfondita del ciclo Order to Cash, del pricing e del customizing SD, incluse le integrazioni con logistica e contabilità. Esperienza nella raccolta requisiti, nella stesura di analisi funzionali e nella gestione di test e rilasci. Capacità di confrontarsi con stakeholder di business e fornitori IT, gestendo priorità e attività in autonomia. Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata; formazione universitaria o esperienza equivalente. Costituiscono un plus esperienza in implementazioni greenfield di SAP S/4HANA, progetti di rollout internazionali e processi di vendita intercompany.
