Per Cliente leader nel proprio settore di riferimento, stiamo selezionando un/una RESPONSABILE UFFICIO TECNICO - BU MACCHINARI INDUSTRIALI. La risorsa, riportando al Direttore Tecnico, lo affiancherà nel coordinamento tecnico, operativo e finanziario della Business Unit dedicata ai macchinari. Avrà un ruolo chiave nella governance di progetto, nella gestione dei clienti come referente tecnico, e nella costruzione/rafforzamento del team tecnico. La posizione prevede la gestione di due sedi e un'elevata esposizione verso clienti, con trasferte frequenti in Italia e all'estero. Inserimento in un percorso di sviluppo finalizzato alla crescita a Direttore Tecnico entro il breve termine (con affiancamento strutturato). Responsabilità: Gestione ufficio tecnico: coordinamento operativo e allineamento di priorità, processi, standard tecnici e modalità di lavoro tra i due siti. Indirizzo strategico della BU: in coordinamento con Direzione Generale di plant, definizione delle priorità e delle azioni per massimizzare i risultati della Business Unit e il conseguimento degli obiettivi di business. Direzione tecnico-progettuale e industriale: supervisione della progettazione, sviluppo, costruzione, collaudo, installazione e avviamento di macchine/impianti, garantendo qualità, tempi e requisiti contrattuali. Project governance: coordinamento e monitoraggio degli obiettivi specifici dei progetti (milestone, rischi, change management, avanzamento). Sostenibilità economico-finanziaria: supervisione degli aspetti economico-finanziari dei progetti e della BU (budget, marginalità attesa/consuntiva, cost breakdown, investimenti), supportando la costruzione di business plan e business case. Cliente e mercato: analisi del mercato, gestione dell'interfaccia tecnica con i clienti (Italia/estero), supporto al business development e alla definizione tecnico-commerciale delle soluzioni (fattibilità, tempi, costi, soluzioni). Team management e organizzazione: leadership, formazione e valorizzazione delle risorse interne; creazione di una squadra coesa (ruoli/responsabilità, rituali di coordinamento, standard comuni, gestione performance), favorendo collaborazione tra funzioni e sedi. Requisiti: Laurea in ambito tecnico (Ingegneria o equivalente). Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli quali Responsabile Tecnico, Responsabile Assistenza Tecnica/Service, Project/Engineering Manager in aziende di progettazione e vendita di macchine/impianti. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, gradita seconda lingua. Solide capacità di analisi, problem solving e decisione in contesti complessi. Forti competenze relazionali e di gestione delle risorse, con attitudine a costruire consenso e ad aumentare l'allineamento del team. Abitudine a lavorare per obiettivi e in contesti cross-funzionali. Conoscenza del disegno meccanico e capacità di lettura/valutazione tecnica. Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti in Italia e all'estero (visite clienti, avviamenti, audit tecnici, incontri di progetto), con flessibilità. Cosa offriamo: Ruolo centrale e visibile, con responsabilità su 2 sedi e clienti internazionali. Percorso strutturato di affiancamento al Direttore Tecnico e crescita a Direttore Tecnico entro circa 2 anni. Contesto industriale in forte orientamento a progetto, con impatto diretto su risultati tecnici ed economici della BU. RAL a partire da circa 60.000€ + auto e pacchetto welfare e MBO.
