Azienda nostra Cliente, partner per la realizzazione di grandi costruzioni prefabbricate multi-materiale per l'edilizia pubblica e privata, al fine di implementare l'Area tecnica, ci ha richiesto di ricercare un/una: INGEGNERE PREVENTIVISTA AREA PREFABBRICATI CEMENTO/ACCIAIO La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Direttore Generale, coordinerà l'ufficio preventivi, occupandosi in prima persona del pre-dimensionamento strutturale degli edifici prefabbricati e degli elementi strutturali fuori listino e garantendo la massima precisione nella stima dei costi e dei margini economici. Responsabilità principali: Calcolare e predimensionare gli elementi prefabbricati speciali fuori listino per verificarne la fattibilità tecnica Coordinamento del team e pianificazione del lavoro dei tecnici interni Calcolare i costi computistici di materiali, manodopera, trasporti e montaggi per commesse standard e speciali Studio dei capitolati: analizzare i bandi di gara, i disegni architettonici e i capitolati d'appalto. Interfaccia commerciale e tecnica: collaborare con la direzione commerciale e l'ufficio tecnico per definire le soluzioni strutturali più idonee e competitive I Requisiti richiesti sono: Laurea in Ingegneria Civile / Edile con comprovata esperienza strutturale Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nella preventivazione di strutture prefabbricate, con focus su elementi prefabbricati e strutture in calcestruzzo armato. Solide basi di calcolo strutturale, ottima lettura di disegni CAD/Bim e calcolo computistico. Comprovata capacità di modellazione di edifici agli elementi finiti (FEM) per il pre-dimensionamento di strutture. Approccio analitico, doti di leadership e capacità di problem solving tecnico. Si offre: Inserimento con contratto di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato Fascia di RAL da attribuire alla posizione: 40-60.000 € Sede di lavoro: Prov.
