Il nostro cliente è una realtà multinazionale strutturata con sede di lavoro in provincia di Alessandria. Per il potenziamento della funzione Finance, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: FINANCE MANAGER La risorsa subentrerà alla guida del team finance e avrà un ruolo chiave nel garantire solidità amministrativa, affidabilità dei dati economico-finanziari e supporto alle decisioni del management. Responsabilità principali Assicurare la corretta predisposizione dei bilanci nel rispetto della normativa civilistica e fiscale italiana Gestire i rapporti con le società di revisione per bilancio civilistico e consolidato Coordinare il processo di budget annuale in sinergia con il Controller di Divisione e con i responsabili di funzione Predisporre forecast periodici secondo linee guida e tempistiche di Gruppo Elaborare analisi di costing e profittabilità a supporto di performance e marginalità Definire le linee guida finanziarie locali e presidiare i rapporti con banche e istituti di credito (locali e di Gruppo) Supervisionare le attività di tesoreria (cash management, flussi, pianificazione) Garantire il rispetto delle procedure interne e di Gruppo su aspetti amministrativi, finanziari e investimenti Coordinare reporting e attività a supporto del controllo di gestione, assicurando qualità, puntualità e coerenza dei dati Requisiti Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo in contesti strutturati, preferibilmente in aziende multinazionali, con processi organizzativi 'di gruppo' e dinamiche tipiche di ambienti operativi/industrializzati Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese per reporting e interazione con la casa madre (la conoscenza del francese è considerata un plus) Leadership operativa, approccio hands-on, capacità di lavorare per scadenze e di gestire priorità multiple Forte background nel controllo di gestione in ambito industriale Laurea in economia o similare Retribuzione: range indicativo €60.000 - 65.000 Sede di lavoro: provincia di Alessandria Wyser S.r.l. è autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut. Min. del 15/04/2014 Prot. N: 39/4903) e si occupa di ricerca e selezione di profili manageriali ed executive.
