Il nostro Cliente è una solida realtà industriale FMCG - Food con presenza strutturata sul mercato nazionale e filiera produttiva/distributiva organizzata. In ottica di qualità del servizio e continuità operativa, sta rafforzando la funzione Customer Service (con presidi amministrativi e contabili su ciclo attivo e quota ciclo passivo) e ricerca, per affiancamento strutturato di 18 mesi finalizzato al passaggio di consegne, un/una: RESPONSABILE CUSTOMER SERVICE - SETTORE FOOD A riporto della Direzione Commerciale, la risorsa gestirà end-to-end il processo ordine-consegna, garantendo elevati livelli di servizio e coordinamento con Direzione Commerciale, Sales Manager, rete indiretta (FDV), Produzione (2 plant), logistica e piattaforme di stoccaggio. La funzione include anche fatturazione attiva e parte della fatturazione passiva, oltre a attività di contabilità clienti e magazzino (ufficio 'Servizio Clienti e Amministrazione Vendite'). Al termine dell'affiancamento, piena responsabilità della funzione e del team di 3 persone, con impatto su livello di servizio, continuità forniture e relazione con clienti/partner distributivi (Brand e Private Label). Responsabilità Coordinamento ciclo ordine, monitoraggio disponibilità prodotto, consegne, back order e livello di servizio; gestione criticità end-to-end e aggiornamenti a Direzione Commerciale; monitoraggio KPI e miglioramento continuo Presidio stock su piattaforme e prevenzione stock-out/disallineamenti; coordinamento con 2 plant su tempi/priorità/flussi; copertura scorte Private Label; verifica accordi quadro/listini/condizioni Presidio fatturazione attiva e quota passiva (~20%); registrazioni contabili clienti (incassi, contenziosi, supporto recupero crediti) e magazzino (depositari/terzisti); supporto chiusure/bilancio (cut-off, note credito, stanziamenti/risconti) e interfaccia con Revisori A regime: guida team (3 risorse) su priorità, performance, sviluppo e miglioramento processi Requisiti 10+ anni in Customer Service/Order Management/Customer Operations; provenienza FMCG (preferibile Food) Esperienza su stock e piattaforme logistiche; familiarità con accordi quadro, listini, note credito/debito e promo Conoscenze base ciclo attivo e chiusure periodiche; ottimo Excel, uso ERP/order management; buona conoscenza inglese Soft skills: problem solving, flessibilità, visione d'insieme, organizzazione, comunicazione e leadership collaborativa Sede: Genova (GE), in presenza. Package: inquadramento commisurato alle effettive esperienze; RAL 45-48K€ + variabile 5-10K€, buoni pasto, assicurazione sanitaria.
