Per conto di un nostro cliente, multinazionale leader nel suo settore, ricerchiamo un/una Sales Manager per la regione Veneto, con solida esperienza nella vendita B2B di componenti/accessori per il mondo fashion & apparel. La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare il business sul territorio, gestire un portafoglio clienti e affiancare i clienti nello sviluppo dei progetti (dalla fase creativa fino alla messa a terra industriale), interfacciandosi quotidianamente con Designer, Product Manager, Buyer e Uffici Stile/Prodotto. Responsabilità principali Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti in area Veneto (brand, produttori, terzisti, uffici stile/prodotto). Vendita consulenziale di componenti/accessori moda (es. zip/chiusure, pizzi, strass, bottoni, suole, tomaie e categorie affini): proposta tecnica, commerciale e di valore. Supporto al cliente nello sviluppo prodotto/progetto: raccolta brief, proposta soluzioni, coordinamento campionature, follow-up approvazioni, gestione tempi e priorità. Attività strutturate di upselling/cross-selling su clienti attivi e sviluppo nuove opportunità. Pianificazione e svolgimento di visite clienti, presentazioni di collezioni/novità e incontri di allineamento su stagionalità e lanci. Gestione delle criticità (qualità, tempi, modifiche progetto), con approccio proattivo e orientato alla customer satisfaction. Pipeline management: generazione opportunità, qualificazione, avanzamento trattative, negoziazione e chiusura. Forecasting e reportistica: previsionali, consuntivi, rischi/opportunità, analisi scostamenti. Utilizzo disciplinato del CRM (attività, opportunità, storico clienti, forecast). Monitoraggio trend di mercato, competitor e bisogni emergenti (innovazione di prodotto, sostenibilità, nuove applicazioni). Requisiti Esperienza consolidata nella vendita di componenti/accessori per fashion & apparel Abitudine a interfacciarsi con Designer, Product Manager, Buyer e funzioni di sviluppo prodotto. Approccio consulenziale e capacità di 'tradurre' esigenze creative in soluzioni tecniche/commerciali. Forte orientamento a risultato, negoziazione, autonomia nella gestione del territorio. Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti sul territorio assegnato.
