Ben jij op zoek naar een warme en menselijke werkomgeving waar je écht het verschil kunt maken in het leven van bewoners? Bij Floordam werken we bewust kleinschalig, met 14 bewoners per woning, zodat we elke dag kunnen bouwen aan een omgeving waar relatiegerichte zorg centraal staat. Voor zowel bewoners, hun families als onze medewerkers streven we naar een warme, veilige en menselijke sfeer.

Wat maakt werken bij Floordam bijzonder? We zetten ons extra in om dagelijkse activiteiten te laten vertrekken vanuit de bewoner zelf. Wat wil hij of zij vandaag doen? Hoe kunnen we bijdragen aan een fijne dagbeleving?

Jouw opdracht:

Als kok of woningassistent in het woonzorgcentrum Floordam te Melsbroek, bereid je eenmaal per dag de warme maaltijd voor een groep van 15 bewoners. Daarnaast help je de bewoners bij hun dagelijkse activiteiten zoals tafeldekken, koken, afwassen, de keuken op orde houden, ...

  • Je werkt deeltijds van 15u tot 19u verdeeld over 5 dagen per week, met 1 weekend op de 2.
  • Wanneer je tijdens het weekend werkt, ontvang je een toeslag van 26% op zaterdag en 56% op zondag.
  • Datum van indiensttreding: zo spoedig mogelijk.
