Voor een modern en regionaal ziekenhuis in de provincie Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde projectverpleegkundige die zich tijdelijk wil engageren binnen een afdeling geneeskunde. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar kwalitatieve zorg, teamwork en patiëntgerichtheid centraal staan.

Als projectverpleegkundige maak je deel uit van een afdeling geneeskunde waar patiënten worden opgevolgd met diverse interne aandoeningen. Je staat in voor het verlenen van kwaliteitsvolle verpleegkundige zorg en werkt nauw samen met artsen, collega-verpleegkundigen en andere zorgverleners.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Observeren, evalueren en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten.
  • Begeleiden en informeren van patiënten en hun familie.
  • Toedienen van medicatie en uitvoeren van technische verstrekkingen.
  • Actief deelnemen aan het multidisciplinair overleg.
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige en kwalitatieve patiëntenzorg.
  • Bachelor of gegradueerde verpleegkunde.
  • Visum als verpleegkundige.
  • Ervaring binnen geneeskunde is een meerwaarde, maar gemotiveerde kandidaten met relevante ziekenhuiservaring komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je bent patiëntgericht, communicatief en stressbestendig.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar functioneert ook uitstekend binnen een team.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar
