Voor een gerenommeerd algemeen ziekenhuis in de regio Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde projectverpleegkundige voor de afdeling Palliatieve Zorgen. Binnen deze opdracht begeleid je patiënten en hun naasten tijdens een bijzonder belangrijke fase van hun zorgtraject, waarbij comfort, waardigheid en warme zorg centraal staan.

Als projectverpleegkundige op de afdeling Palliatieve Zorgen sta je in voor de verpleegkundige begeleiding van patiënten met een palliatieve zorgvraag. Je werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen, psychologen en andere zorgverleners om de levenskwaliteit van de patiënt maximaal te ondersteunen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verlenen van kwalitatieve en warme verpleegkundige zorg
  • Uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen
  • Observeren en rapporteren van de gezondheidstoestand van patiënten
  • Comfortzorg, pijnbestrijding en symptoomcontrole ondersteunen
  • Begeleiden van patiënten en hun familie in een moeilijke levensfase
  • Actief deelnemen aan het multidisciplinair overleg
  • Correcte en nauwkeurige zorgregistratie
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma Verpleegkunde
  • Ervaring binnen palliatieve zorgen is een sterke meerwaarde
  • Je bent empathisch, communicatief en patiëntgericht
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken maar bent ook een echte teamspeler
  • Je hebt een hart voor warme, kwaliteitsvolle zorg
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar
  • Je wenst te werken op freelance- of interimbasis
