The posting

1. 协助HR完成校园招聘全流程支持工作，包括招聘信息发布、目标院校及专业人才搜寻、简历收集整理，并按照岗位要求进行初步筛选与分类； 2. 配合组织校招面试，负责候选人邀约、面试安排、流程跟进及结果反馈，持续优化候选人体验； 3. 协助维护公司人才库，对校招候选人信息进行系统化录入、更新与分类，确保信息准确完整，支持后续跟踪和人才运营； 4. 协助开展雇主品牌内容策划与传播，包括招聘文案撰写、员工及技术团队故事挖掘、宣传素材整理，以及招聘相关线上平台和校园社群的内容发布； 5. 支持校园活动、开放日、技术沙龙、行业会议等招聘及雇主品牌活动，协助完成前期筹备、嘉宾及候选人邀约、宣传物料准备、现场执行和活动复盘； 6. 协助维护与高校就业办、学生组织、校园大使等校园合作伙伴的关系，持续提升公司在目标院校及人才群体中的认知度和影响力； 7. 协助完成招聘及雇主品牌相关数据统计工作，包括校招进度、渠道效果、活动触达、候选人转化及人员流动数据汇总，并制作基础数据图表和汇报材料； 8. 完成上级交办的其他人力资源及雇主品牌相关工作。

1. 在读本科生或研究生，人力资源管理、工商管理、市场营销、新闻传播、中文等相关专业优先；有猎头、互联网或科技公司招聘、雇主品牌、新媒体运营实习经验者优先； 2. 能保证连续实习3个月以上，每周出勤5天，时间稳定，可长期投入，并能适应校园招聘高峰期的工作节奏； 3. 具备良好的沟通协调和人际交往能力，表达清晰，能够积极、耐心地与候选人、校园合作伙伴及内部同事沟通对接； 4. 具备一定的文字表达和内容策划能力，对雇主品牌、校园招聘及新媒体内容具有兴趣和敏感度，能够协助完成招聘文案、活动宣传及内容素材整理； 5. 工作认真细致，有责任心和较强的执行力，能够按时完成任务，并对候选人信息、招聘数据及活动细节保持较高的准确度； 6. 熟练使用 Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等办公软件，具备基础的数据统计、图表制作和汇报材料整理能力； 7. 会使用 Canva、Photoshop、剪映等设计或视频编辑工具，或有公众号、小红书、视频号、LinkedIn 等平台运营经验者优先。
