Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong expertise in payroll management, accounting operations, and UAE Labour Law compliance. The candidate will be responsible for managing monthly payroll for multiple companies, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll processing for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, WPS requirements, and company policies.
  • Review gratuity, leave salary, and end-of-service benefit calculations.
  • Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate payroll and accounting records.
  • Review payroll-related accounting entries and ensure proper documentation.
  • Supervise junior staff, assign tasks, and review their work for accuracy.
  • Ensure payroll deadlines are met and maintain the confidentiality of employee salary information.

Qualifications:

  • M.Com, CMA, or CA Inter.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in payroll and accounting.
  • UAE experience with knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll accounting, UAE Labour Law, and WPS compliance.
  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally.
  • Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.
  • Good team management, communication, and organizational skills.
