Bist du ein ergebnisorientierter aus Leidenschaft? Für die Akquisition von Neukunden sowie die Betreuung und den Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen suchen wir für unsere Niederlassung in Basel einen engagierten Aussendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d). Das Verkaufsgebiet ist Basel\-Landschaft, Basel\-Stadt und Aargau.

Dein

  • Du verantwortest die aktive Neukundenakquise und betreust gleichzeitig bestehende Geschäftspartner im Vertriebsgebiet Basel\-Landschaft, Basel\-Stadt und Aargau, mit starkem Fokus auf die Erweiterung unseres Kundenstamms.
  • Du stärkst und entwickelst ein bereits etabliertes Kundenportfolio weiter, indem du Potenziale erkennst und gezielt ausbaust.
  • Du berätst Architekten, Licht\- und Elektroplaner sowie Installationsunternehmen kompetent zu unserem gesamten Produkt\- und Dienstleistungsangebot und inspirierst sie mit überzeugenden Lichtlösungen.
  • Du übernimmst die vollständige Projekt\- und Umsatzverantwortung – von der Planungsphase über die Angebotserstellung und Verhandlungsführung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe.
  • Du begleitest Baustellen vor Ort, nimmst aktiv an Baubesprechungen teil und steuerst die Abstimmung mit der ausführenden Firma.
  • Du entwickelst individuelle, projektbezogene Beleuchtungslösungen, die funktional wie ästhetisch überzeugen.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung oder fundierte Praxis in der Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
  • Du hast erprobte Vertriebserfahrung in der Lichtbranche oder in technisch verwandten Bereichen, wie z.B. der Gebäudetechnik.
  • Kenntnisse in der Lichttechnik und/oder ein Verständnis für moderne Beleuchtungslösungen sind von Vorteil.
  • Du zeigst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an Design und Architektur sowie Freude daran, ästhetische und funktionale Aspekte zu verbinden.
  • Du bist eine ehrgeizige, kommunikationsstarke Vertriebspersönlichkeit.
  • Dein Auftreten ist gewinnend und überzeugend.
