Avec un parc matériel spécifique de plus de 30 machines et une équipe d'opérateurs confirmés, nous sommes capables de proposer des solutions techniques à des démolitions d'immeubles de plus de 30 mètres de hauteur, des ouvrages d'art de tous types, des usines, des maisons individuelles ou même des démolitions intérieures pour réhabilitation.Nous sommes également en mesure de réaliser des travaux de désamiantage intérieurs ou extérieurs dans le cadre de nos opérations.La démolition est un métier technique et parfois complexe. Nous avons le savoir-faire et les moyens techniques pour vous accompagner dans vos travaux futurs.Pour renforcer son équipe de Niederkorn (LU), XARDEL recherche un Opérateur Amiante F/HResponsabilités :L'Opérateur Amiante F/H effectue le retrait des matériaux amiantés en respectant strictement les consignes de la hiérarchie.Voici vos missions : Mettre en place les installations de chantier (balisage, confinement, dépression, SAS) et préparer le terrain, les outils, les matériaux nécessaires à l'exécution des travaux, Réaliser les travaux de retrait des matériaux contenant de l'amiante dans le respect du plan de retrait établi, Repérer, séparer et enlever les différents matériaux : bois, métaux, bardages, déchets inertes (plastique, revêtement) sous la directive du chef de chantier, Effectuer les opérations de décontamination (personnelle, matériels, zones) en respectant les consignes de sécurité, Assurer le conditionnement, l'étiquetage et l'évacuation des déchets amiantés, Renseigner les documents de suivi de chantier (traçabilité, rapports) et rendre compte à la hiérarchie de l'avancement des travaux, Utiliser et entretenir les appareils de protection respiratoire et les équipements de protection individuelle (EPI) et collective (EPC).Compétences requises : Connaissance des risques liés à l'amiante (toxicité, pathologies associées, réglementation), Lecture et compréhension des modes opératoires (plan de retrait, notice de poste, procédures SS4), Savoir reconnaître les matériaux susceptibles de contenir de l'amiante, Respect strict des consignes de sécurité (EPI, confinements, décontamination), Capacité à utiliser le matériel spécifique (aspirateurs à filtration absolue, unités de décontamination, équipements de confinement), Communication et remontée d'informations (alerte en cas de situation à risque), Habile de ses mains, disponible et doté·e d'une bonne résistance physique.Compétences utiles : La possession d'ACS/CACES engins de chantier et/ou d'une formation amiante SS3 ou SS4 est considérée comme un atout, Connaissance des normes de sécurité.Nous offrons : Un poste à pourvoir immédiatement dans une entreprise dynamique et en pleine croissance, Rémunération selon profil et expérience, Mutuelle Santé obligatoire et prise en charge à 100%, Parcours de formation
