Deine AufgabenArbeitsaufteilung ca. 50/50

¿ Pre-Sales & Terminvereinbarung (50 %)

* Qualifizierung von Leads

* Telefonische & schriftliche Kontaktaufnahme

* Terminvereinbarungen mit Entscheidern

* Saubere Dokumentation im CRM

¿ Angebots-Nachverfolgung & Sales-Support (50 %)

* Nachfassen offener Angebote

* Wiedervorlagen & strukturierte Follow-ups

* Teilnahme an Kundengesprächen gemeinsam mit dem Sales Manager

* Unterstützung im gesamten Verkaufsprozess

* Freude am Telefonieren und am Umgang mit Kunden

* Deutsch (auf B1 Niveau/Europ. Sprachrahmen) in Wort und Schrift

Diese Position erfordert verlässliche zeitliche Verfügbarkeit sowie Präsenz im Team. Teilweises Homeoffice ist möglich, wenn Abläufe, Erreichbarkeit und Ergebnisse passen.
