What you will be doing:

HR Internship: Help Build the Future of HR

Solo | Rijswijk or Ede | Internship | 4–6 months | Working internship or graduation internship

Solo is on an exciting journey. We are bringing together three established companies into one European organization with the ambition to become Europe’s leading one-stop shop for custom branded merchandise. And HR is right at the heart of that transformation. We are looking for ambitious HR interns who want to learn, contribute and make a real impact. Depending on your interests and studies, you could work across areas such as:

  • Talent Management
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Learning & Development
  • HR Technology & AI
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Internal Communications
  • Employee Engagement

What could you work on?

This will not be an internship where you spend your time watching from the sidelines. You could contribute to projects such as:

  • Implementing our new HR information system
  • Supporting our organizational transformation
  • Building our Sales Academy and other functional academies
  • Developing our engagement strategy
  • Supporting talent, performance and succession initiatives
  • Exploring how AI can make HR smarter and more effective
  • Improving internal communication and the employee experience

Our broader people agenda is focused on creating a high-performing, engaged and future-ready organization, with particular focus on performance, succession, leadership development and functional academies.

At the same time, you will support the HR team with day-to-day HR activities. We believe a great internship combines exciting projects with learning how HR really works in practice.

What we are looking for:

You are currently studying Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, Communications or a related field.

More importantly, you:

  • Are enthusiastic, curious, proactive and keen to learn
  • Like taking ownership rather than waiting for instructions
  • Are comfortable working in a changing environment
  • Enjoy combining ideas with hands-on execution
  • Are interested in technology and AI
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different people and cultures

You can join us for either a working internship or graduation internship, provided you are also able and willing to contribute to our day-to-day HR agenda.
