Vos missions

Rattaché(e) à Didier, Directeur de FORTALICIA, vous contribuez au développement commercial de votre secteur géographique et fidélisez un portefeuille clients TPE/PME, pilotant le cycle de vente et assurant la satisfaction client.

  • Développer et gérer un portefeuille de clients dans le secteur de la cybersécurité
  • Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients potentiels.
  • Assurer le suivi et la fidélisation des clients existants.
  • Négocier et conclure des contrats en accord avec les objectifs de vente.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes techniques pour proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
  • Participer à des salons et événements pour promouvoir les services de l'entreprise.
  • Analyser le marché et la concurrence pour adapter la stratégie commerciale.
  • Rendre compte des performances commerciales et atteindre les objectifs fixés.

Profil recherché

Curieux(se), dynamique, proactif(ve) et souriant(e), avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. Vous aimez relever des challenges et travailler en équipe.
