Vos missions

Rattaché(e) à Lacene, Directeur de l’agence de Saint-Etienne, vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial roannais.

Vous faites grandir votre portefeuille client en capitalisant sur la confiance, la recommandation et des opportunités de vente additionnelle.

Vous êtes responsable de la détection de nouveaux besoins chez les TPE / PME de votre secteur et de la fidélisation du portefeuille clients. Grâce à votre sens du contact, votre persévérance et votre compréhension fine des enjeux clients, vous contribuez directement à la croissance de l’agence.

Vos responsabilités principales :

  • Développer votre portefeuille de clients sur le secteur géographique de l'agence
  • Qualifier les besoins, présenter les offres XEFI (infogérance, cloud, sécurité, matériel, etc.) et construire des propositions commerciales sur mesure
  • Assurer les rendez-vous de découverte, négociation et closing
  • Gérer et développer un portefeuille clients existant
  • Travailler en synergie avec les équipes internes (technique, administration des ventes, support) pour assurer un suivi optimal
  • Suivre vos actions et opportunités dans le CRM Microsoft Dynamics

Ce poste demande une forte autonomie, un goût prononcé pour le challenge et une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et stimulant.

Profil recherché

Conditions de travail

  • Type de contrat : CDI – 39h / semaine
  • Horaires collectifs : Lundi au jeudi : 8h30 – 12h / 13h30 – 18h Vendredi : 8h30 – 12h / 13h30 – 17h Lieu : Agence XEFI Saint-Etienne
