Xefi lance sa nouvelle offre d'Intelligence Artificielle et Infrastructure au service des TPE et PME, et nous recherchons plusieurs commerciaux pour la porter sur le terrain. Vous avez soif de résultats et l'envie d'apprendre un vrai métier ? Nous vous formons.

🎓 Un démarrage accompagné:

Vous rejoignez XEFI en CDI et suivez pendant 6 mois un parcours de formation rémunéré, avec un tuteur à vos côtés.

À la fin, vous êtes un commercial autonome.

• Comprendre les besoins des dirigeants de TPE et PME

• Présenter et démontrer nos solutions IA et infrastructure

• Construire vos propositions et conclure vos ventes

De l'énergie, de l'ambition et l'envie de progresser. Pas besoin d'expérience en vente ni de connaissances en informatique : on regarde votre écoute, votre fiabilité et votre capacité à appliquer un conseil.

📅 Un recrutement sans CV, en une journée:

Le jeudi 3 décembre, nous vous accueillons à notre siège de Rillieux-la-Pape : visite, présentation du poste, entretien et mise en situation de vente. On mise sur votre savoir-être, pas sur votre parcours. Réponse sous 48 h.

Profil recherché : curieux(se), dynamique, à l'écoute et doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, vous aimez relever des défis et travailler en équipe. Bac minimum.

Lieu : région lyonnaise (siège à Rillieux-la-Pape)

Contrat : CDI – 39 h / semaine – démarrage le 11 janvier 2027
