  • Gestionnaire d'exploitation des bâtiments YOTTACITY (4 bâtiments) Le groupe XEFI ouvre son nouveau siège : 4 bâtiments qui réunissent bureaux, auditorium, espaces sport et spa, et des lieux d'accueil pour nos clients. Nous cherchons la personne qui fera vivre ces bâtiments au quotidien. Notre objectif : un site bien tenu, pas seulement surveillé.
  • Vos missions Piloter l'exploitation au quotidien : vous ouvrez et fermez le site et ses zones, vous suivez les check-lists des bâtiments et vous faites les rondes techniques. Garantir la qualité du site : vous suivez la propreté, l'état des bâtiments et l'expérience des clients, et vous traitez les anomalies. Organiser les événements : vous préparez et coordonnez l'auditorium, les activités sportives et les réceptions clients. Gérer les incidents : vous traitez en direct les incidents clients et les incidents de sécurité de premier niveau, vous coordonnez les interventions et vous décidez vite. Assurer le lien entre les espaces : vous soutenez les zones sport, spa et autres, et vous coordonnez les prestataires et les équipes internes.
