🚀Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un un profesional con fuerte orientación a DevSecOps y seguridad de plataformas, capaz de acompañar iniciativas críticas en entornos híbridos de alta complejidad, trabajando transversalmente con equipos de Ciberseguridad, Infraestructura, Plataformas y Desarrollo.

Objetivo del puesto

Participar en el diseño, implementación y mejora continua de controles de seguridad sobre plataformas Cloud, entornos de contenedores y procesos de desarrollo de software, promoviendo prácticas Shift-Left, automatización, gestión segura de secretos, observabilidad y hardening de plataformas.

🛠️ Principales responsabilidades

Seguridad híbrida: Acompañar la seguridad operativa y evolución de soluciones desplegadas en Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes y AWS, contemplando la convivencia con infraestructura On-Premise.

DevSecOps / Shift-Left: Integrar, revisar y optimizar controles de seguridad dentro del ciclo CI/CD, incluyendo SAST, DAST, SCA, análisis de vulnerabilidades y controles sobre artefactos e imágenes de contenedores.

Cloud & Container Security: Evaluar configuraciones, permisos, workloads, networking y postura de seguridad en AWS, Kubernetes y OpenShift, aplicando buenas prácticas y marcos como CIS Benchmarks.

Secrets Management: Participar en el gobierno e integración de plataformas de gestión de secretos, credenciales y certificados, con especial foco en HashiCorp Vault y su integración con workloads y plataformas.

Automatización e IaC: Automatizar controles, configuraciones y aprovisionamiento mediante Infrastructure as Code y herramientas como Terraform, GitLab CI/CD y soluciones equivalentes.

Identity & Access: Colaborar en iniciativas de IAM, autenticación de workloads, RBAC y modelos de mínimo privilegio para usuarios, servicios e identidades no humanas.

Observabilidad y trazabilidad: Colaborar en la centralización de logs, métricas y eventos de seguridad, construcción de dashboards y monitoreo de componentes críticos mediante herramientas como Grafana, Prometheus y Loki.

Gobierno técnico: Documentar arquitecturas, procedimientos, hallazgos y recomendaciones; interactuar con equipos técnicos para definir planes de remediación y mejoras de seguridad.

Requisitos

🎯Técnicos:

Contenedores y orquestación: conocimientos sólidos de Kubernetes. Se valorará experiencia con Red Hat OpenShift 4 y/o Amazon EKS.

Cloud: experiencia práctica en AWS, especialmente IAM, EC2, EKS, networking, logging/auditoría y servicios asociados.

DevSecOps: experiencia con pipelines CI/CD y controles de seguridad integrados al SDLC. Conocimiento de GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Jenkins o afines.

Seguridad de aplicaciones: conocimiento de SAST, DAST, SCA, OWASP Top 10 y procesos de gestión de vulnerabilidades.

Secrets Management: experiencia o conocimiento en HashiCorp Vault u otras plataformas centralizadas de gestión de secretos. Se valorará experiencia con Kubernetes Auth, AppRole, External Secrets Operator, secretos dinámicos y PKI.

Infrastructure as Code: experiencia con Terraform. Se valorarán conocimientos de Ansible y otras herramientas de automatización.

Networking: comprensión de conectividad híbrida, DNS, balanceadores, segmentación, firewalls, ingress/egress y troubleshooting de red.

Linux: buen dominio de sistemas Linux/Unix y herramientas de troubleshooting.

Frameworks: conocimiento de buenas prácticas y estándares como CIS Benchmarks, NIST y OWASP.

Conocimientos adicionales (no excluyente)

  • Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS / ACS).
  • JFrog Artifactory/Xray, Fortify, Snyk, Trivy u otras herramientas de seguridad de software y contenedores.
  • Grafana, Prometheus, Loki y plataformas de observabilidad.
  • HashiCorp Vault Enterprise.
  • Hardening de sistemas operativos, contenedores e imágenes.
