People & Organization
**Bring structure, service and ownership to every step of the employee journey
**Are you a detail-oriented P&O professional who enjoys working with people, processes and systems? Join Xellia’s Copenhagen P&O team for a one-year interim assignment and help deliver high-quality support across the entire employee lifecycle – from hire to retire.
Working close to the business
You will join a small, collaborative P&O & Payroll team in Copenhagen, supporting our Danish and Norwegian organisations and working with international colleagues. With four colleagues in the local team and approximately 18 across global P&O, you will have varied responsibilities, direct contact with employees and managers, and the opportunity to contribute to improvements in how we work.
Your role – make things happen
You will provide reliable day-to-day P&O administration and practical support across the hire-to-retire process, including:
- Prepare employment contracts, addendums and other documentation; keep employee and payroll-related data accurate and up to date.
- Support recruitment activities, including interviews, assessments and candidate feedback, and help organise onboarding and introduction days.
- Manage employee changes and offboarding in P&O, payroll, time and leave systems; respond to questions from employees and managers.
- Support annual P&O processes, including bonus and salary review cycles and administration linked to collective agreements.
- Maintain P&O policies, templates, digital personnel records and approval workflows, supporting compliance and audit readiness.
- Prepare P&O and payroll-related data for internal and external stakeholders and share relevant updates with leaders.
- Contribute to ad hoc P&O projects, including opportunities to simplify and automate processes using digital tools and AI.
What you bring
- A strong administrative background, ideally with experience in P&O or a similar people-support function.
- Strong working knowledge of P&O administration, employee documentation and digital HR/payroll systems, with the ability to use tools accurately and consistently.
- Ability to coordinate multiple hire-to-retire processes, maintain reliable data and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes.
- A service-minded approach to supporting managers and employees, with care, accuracy and follow-through.
- Clear communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
You take accountability for your commitments and adapt readily when priorities change. You combine practical functional knowledge with confidence in P&O systems and tools, and you work well with colleagues and stakeholders from different cultures and backgrounds. You listen to the needs of managers and employees and take pride in providing reliable support.
A word from our team
“Great P&O support is about more than processes and administration. It’s about understanding people’s needs, taking ownership and making everyday work easier for our colleagues. We are looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure, quality and a service-minded approach to everything they do — and who wants to be part of a team where we support each other and make a real difference.”
Kira Mondrup, Director, Global Employee Relations and P&O Copenhagen
