* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Leitung von Montagearbeiten

* Koordination und Organisation der Arbeiten auf Baustellen

* Führung und fachliche Anleitung des zugeteilten Monteurs

* Laufende Berichterstattung und Abstimmung mit dem Projektleiter

* Gegebenenfalls Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen

* Selbstständige Abwicklung und Überwachung der Montagearbeiten

Anforderungen:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Metalltechniker (m/w/d)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Monteur bzw. Obermonteur in der Metallbaubranche

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Baustellenkoordination

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Organisationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Reise- und Montagebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

* Solide Deutschkenntnisse für eine einwandfreie interne und externe Kommunikation

Wichtige Rahmenbedingungen:

* Bevorzugt werden BewerberInnen aus dem Raum Steyr und Umgebung, da der Arbeitsbeginn montags am Firmenstandort erfolgt.

* Die Monteure sind überwiegend Montag bis Freitag österreichweit auf Montage.

* Eine Montagepartie besteht grundsätzlich aus einem Obermonteur und einem Monteur (m/w/d)

* Der Obermonteur (m/w/d) hat somit einen zugeteilten Monteur (m/w/d) als Mitfahrer und arbeitet nicht alleine auf Montage.

Gehalt und Überstundenregelung:

* Gehalt ab € 3.300,- mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung, abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.

* Anfallende Überstunden werden teilweise durch Zeitausgleich abgegolten und teilweise ausbezahlt.
