Budeš mít na starosti: - podporu vedení společnosti a koordinaci aktivit napříč odděleními - přípravu reportů, analýz a podkladů pro management - organizaci porad, tvorbu zápisů a následné sledování plnění úkolů - koordinaci interní komunikace a dohled nad svěřenými úkoly - podporu obchodního oddělení- komunikaci s dodavateli, partnery a registrace do partnerských programů - koordinaci servisních výjezdů techniků- pomoc s organizací workshopů, školení, webinářů a firemních akcí- řešení různorodých operativních úkolů podle aktuálních potřeb firmy Měl/a bys mít a umět:- výborné organizační schopnosti a smysl pro pořádek - samostatnost, pečlivost a schopnost dotahovat věci do konce- schopnost pracovat s daty a orientovat se v číslech- velmi dobrou znalost MS Office (především Excelu), zkušenosti s Power BI jsou velkou výhodou - komunikační dovednosti a příjemné vystupování - komunikativní angličtinu alespoň na úrovni B2 - zkušenosti z administrativní, koordinační nebo obdobné pozice výhodou Co ti nabídneme:- pestrou práci s velkým přesahem napříč celou firmou- flexibilní pracovní dobu a home office dle domluvy- prostor pro vlastní iniciativu a realizaci nápadů- možnost školení, certifikací a profesního růstu- Multisport kartu- přístup k nejnovějším technologickým novinkám a produktům- dovolenou navíc dle odpracovaných let a stravenkový paušál- skvělé kolegy a nové pracovní prostředíXEVOS poskytuje komplexní řešení v IT - od systémové integrace, servisu a podpory, přes serverová, síťová a tisková řešení, až po dodávky hardwarového vybavení a vývoj inovativních aplikací.
