The posting

1. 负责机器人系统中机器学习算法的研究、开发与优化，包括但不限于视觉—语言—动作（VLA）大模型、具身感知、任务规划、运动控制及端到端机器人学习等方向； 2. 负责机器人多模态数据的收集、清洗、标注、质量评估与预处理，熟悉真机数据、仿真器数据、3DGS数据等不同类型数据的特点、处理方法及配比策略，提升模型的准确性、泛化能力和跨场景迁移能力； 3. 设计并实现VLA大模型的训练、微调和评测流程，包括优化算法选择、超参数调优、数据配比实验及模型性能分析，确保模型在不同机器人本体、任务和环境下的稳定性与可靠性； 4. 跟踪机器人学习、具身智能及多模态大模型领域的前沿进展，推动相关算法在真实机器人系统中的验证与落地。

1. 计算机科学、人工智能、机器人、电子工程、自动化等相关专业； 2. 具备扎实的机器学习理论基础，熟悉监督学习、模仿学习、强化学习等常见算法，以及Transformer、视觉语言模型和VLA模型等相关技术； 3. 熟悉PyTorch、TensorFlow等至少一种深度学习框架，具备良好的工程和编程能力，熟练掌握Python，了解C++； 4. 具备良好的数学基础，包括线性代数、概率论、统计学及最优化方法等； 5. 对机器人学习、具身智能和多模态大模型具有浓厚兴趣，具备较强的学习能力、创新意识及问题分析能力； 6. 在机器学习、计算机视觉、自然语言处理、机器人或具身智能相关领域的顶级期刊或会议发表过论文者优先； 7. 具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力，能够积极推动研究成果的工程验证与应用落地。
