1、 把握超声波雷达或碰撞检测传感器的技术发展趋势，并制定相应的传感器开发路线图； 2、 负责超声波雷达或碰撞检测传感器的设计开发及验证工作，包括关键器件选型评估等； 3、 负责分析零件及产品概念设计方案，编写SOR包，与供应商进行技术对接，输出技术需求以及对技术需求进行验证； 4、 按照整车项目计划推动和主导超声波雷达或碰撞检测传感器的系统开发工作，组织关联系统，软件，算法等专业联合开发并解决开发过程中的技术问题； 5、 制作设计规范，验证规范，布置规范等技术规范； 6、 能够对供应商的设计方案进行审核并给出改善意见，推动改善方案的执行和落地，分析并解决研发和售后的相关问题。

1、硕士以上学历； 2、具备超声波雷达或碰撞检测传感器的系统开发经验者优先； 3、对超声波雷达，MEMS超声波，阵列超声波等压电类传感器有研究，了解关键器件的行业发展趋势，精通声学关键指标以及测试方法，对压电类传感器的原理和应用有深入研究，熟知传感器工艺制程； 4、对不同碰撞检测传感器的原理和适用范围有清晰的理解，能指导供应商进行参数调整和材料选型，精通关键指标和测试方法，掌握噪声和串扰的过滤方案，熟知不同传感器的工艺制程，熟悉产业环境； 5、关注ADAS或者自动驾驶领域，了解行业基本知识及发展趋势； 6、学习能力强，自我驱动力强，能够适应压力环境； 7、会开车者优先。
