The posting

1. 负责编制及改善设备的周期性维保、预防预见性维保、事后保全以及完成过程记录表单，保证生产顺利进行； 2.参与新工厂新产线的建设、产线改造、持续改进、搬迁、调拨、报废、盘点等工作； 3. 参与新产线导入、进度跟进、安装调试、验收等工作； 4. 能够独立完成备品备件、易损易耗件的统计与安全库存的建立与管理； 5. 完成领导交给的其他任务。

1.2年以上设备维护及开发经验； 2.有新能源模组pack产线维保或开发经验者优先； 3.熟悉西门子PLC S71500系列、FUNUC机器人、视觉系统、AGV、立库等； 4.参与设备设计及方案的制订，为设备生产提供电气或机械方面支持，具备按照国家及企业电气或机械规范及标准，设计整合各类电子器件或机械器件进行设备系统设计，并制定测试方案保证设备正常生产； 5.对新开发及重大改造设备进行调试，确保电气系统与机械系统配合良好，优化设备性能及稳定性，确保产线高效运行。发现问题能够全面快速进行调查分析，在合理时间范围内解决问题，保证设备运行时间； 6.具备设备运营及维护能力，能够制作设备操作SOP,设备运行期间，能够通过巡检发现设备隐患及待发生故障，出现故障能够利用丰富经验及时锁定故障原因，为设备的长期使用提供支持； 7.参与生产过程中品质管理，设备的质量管理。对设备本身及设备产生的各类数据，图表，文件进行统计分析，及时发现问题并解决，提高产线的产出率和产品的质量。
