1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器学习等相关专业，3年及以上大模型应用、Agent或数字人相关算法开发经验； 2、主导过多个大模型应用或智能Agent落地项目，精通主流大模型的微调与优化，深入理解Agent核心架构，具备独立搭建Agent算法体系的能力； 3、精通Python，熟练运用TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架，具备扎实的工程化开发能力； 4、拥有深厚的机器学习、深度学习、自然语言处理功底，能独立解决复杂技术难题； 5、具备较强的技术领导力、问题拆解能力及跨团队协作能力，能指导团队开展技术工作。
