1. AI Agent 开发：负责 AI Agent Service、自动标注、AI 辅助研发等业务场景的 Agent 应用设计与落地——业务适配、Harness 工程、Agent 工作流、RAG，并以版本化接口交付业务系统接入； 2. 评测体系：构建 Benchmark 评测集与判分标准，设计对照实验，产出可复现的效果对比报告，用数据驱动策略选型； 3. 模型微调：基于开源模型开展微调实验（数据构建、SFT/LoRA 训练、对照评测），验证对业务的收益并逐步推进到大规模微调； 4. 平台 AI 迭代：参与采标平台其他 AI 功能（AI 辅助配置、智能质检等）的开发与迭代，沉淀可复用的场景适配与交付流程。

1. 本科及以上学历，硕士优先，1~3 年 AI 应用或算法工程相关开发经验； 2. 熟练使用 Python 或 Node.js，具备扎实的工程功底和良好的编码习惯（微调相关工作以 Python + PyTorch 为主）； 3. 了解 Transformer 基本原理，熟悉 LLM/VLM 应用开发流程：API 接入、Prompt/Context/Harness 工程、结果解析与效果评估； 4. 有模型微调实战经验：参与过完整的微调项目闭环（数据构建 → SFT/LoRA 训练 → 效果评估）； 5. 具备实验设计与分析能力，习惯用对照实验和数据说话； 6. 自驱、沟通协作良好，能独立推进一条业务线，与算法、业务、基建多方协同。
