1.面向汽车技术中心业务场景,基于大模型与Agent框架,设计、开发并落地AIAgents应用,推动中心AI赋能构思在真实业务中的可用与规模化。 2.基于 LangChain/ LangGraph/ LlamaIndex等框架开发AI Agents,实现多工具调用、流程编排、记忆管理与复杂任务拆解。 3.熟练使用Coze/Dify等低代码平台快速搭建并迭代Agents,做LiveDemo,提升开发效率和交付速度。 4.负责Agents后端服务的Python开发,深度对接大模型API,优化提示词工程,提升Agent的准确性和响应效率。 5.借助AICoding工具完成前端界面开发,推动Agents与既有业务系统的无缝集成。 6.参与项目全生命周期管理,包括需求分析、方案设计、进度跟踪和效果复盘,推动项目落地生效。 7.沉淀Agents开发最佳实践,构建可复用的组件库和模板，赋能团队其他成员。

1.211/985/QS100硕士及以上学历,计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业 2.5年以上Python后端开发经验,熟悉FastAPI/Flask/Django等Web框架。 3.精通LangChain、LlamaIndex等Agents开发框架,有至少一年以上完整Agents项目落地经验。 4.熟练使用Coze/Dify等低代码平台,能独立完成从需求到Agent搭建的全流程。 5.熟悉主流大模型(GPT、Gemini、Qwen、火山、Midjourney、混元3D)的API调用和提示词工程,了解大模型微调、RAG等技术。 6.具备前端开发基础,能借助AICoding工具(如Cursor)快速实现前前端界面。 7.具备良好的项目管理意识和跨部门沟通能力,能独立推动项|目落地。 8.对汽车行业有了解,或有汽车领域AI项目经验者优先。
