我们正在建设面向C端用户、企业员工与AI智能体的一体化身份和权限基础设施，并通过AI推动研发、运营及企业协同模式升级。 团队负责集团B/C端用户中心、职岗中心及AI运维平台建设。C端覆盖用户账号、App/小程序登录、多端会话、账号授权、设备与车辆账号关联等场景；B端覆盖统一登录、员工账号、组织职岗、权限治理、人员异动交接及全球化员工数据能力。 同时，我们持续演进已落地的Agent、Skill、MCP及CLI工具链，打造能够理解任务、检索知识、调用业务系统并自主执行的AI数字员工。通过RAG连接企业知识、业务数据与实时上下文，推动AI从辅助工具演进为可自主决策、跨系统协同并闭环执行任务的生产力基础设施。 你将参与集团级用户、身份与权限基础系统建设，同时探索AI数字员工、智能运维及AI研发工程化的规模化落地。

【基础条件】 1、2025-2026年计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，至少完整参与过一个中大型业务系统的设计、开发和上线； 2、熟练掌握Java，了解Python，熟悉Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis或FastAPI等框架； 3、熟悉MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch、Kafka等常用中间件，能够结合业务场景进行技术选型和性能优化； 4、熟悉分布式系统设计，理解数据一致性、幂等、重试、消息驱动、服务治理及高可用等技术方案； 5、具备线上问题排查能力，能够独立处理慢查询、JVM、内存、CPU、消息堆积及调用链路异常。 【核心素质】 1、沟通协调能力突出——能够清晰表达技术方案，主动推动产品、业务、安全及上下游研发完成目标对齐、风险识别和交付闭环； 2、动手和落地能力强——能够快速理解复杂业务及现有代码，独立完成需求分析、方案设计、编码、上线和生产保障； 3、具备平台化思维——能够从单点需求中抽象通用能力，兼顾系统扩展性、稳定性、安全性及长期维护成本； 4、具备AI工程化能力——理解Agent、Tool Calling、RAG、上下文管理及工作流编排，关注准确率、可解释性、安全边界和效果评测； 5、熟练使用AI研发工具——熟悉Claude Code、Cursor、Qoder等AI编程及CLI工具，能够将AI融入需求分析、编码、测试、排障和知识沉淀，并形成自己的提效方法论； 6、逻辑清晰、自驱力强，具备良好的责任意识、团队协作能力和抗压能力。 【加分项】 1、有用户中心、统一身份认证、SSO、多端登录、账号授权或设备账号体系建设经验； 2、有IAM、组织职岗、RBAC/ABAC、权限治理或人员异动权限交接经验； 3、有AI Agent、数字员工、MCP、Skill或多Agent协同的生产落地经验； 4、有RAG、Embedding、向量检索、知识库治理或大模型评测经验； 5、有CLI工具、研发脚手架或AI Coding工程体系建设经验； 6、有海外业务、用户数据或数据安全合规相关经验； 7、有高并发系统、千万级数据治理、核心系统重构或0→1平台建设经验； 8、有国内、海外、工厂等多环境部署与运维经验。
