岗位职责： 1. 整车诊断业务的 AI 赋能，将大模型、机器学习、Agent等技术引入传统车辆诊断领域； 2. 负责制定基于机器学习或大模型训练的系统方案制定和可行性评估及目标制 定和Agent开发； 3. 负责拉通公司内部资源，确认训练的数据内容和数据导入方案，及 prompt 方 案； 4. 负责制定 AI 诊断整体规划和方案设计，包括车、云部署方案和资源需求评估； 5. 负责对接研发、测试、制造、售后等环节对于 AI 诊断的产品诉求，给出数据 采集方案和训练方案； 6.积极跟进 AI 技术，将 AI 赋能诊断检测、故障分析到故障修复全链路的产品应 用落地。

1. 计算机科学、电子工程、自动化或相关领域的硕士或博士学位； 2. 具有 2 年以上相关工作经验，在器学习领域具备实际项目经验，曾参与过 AI 项目的落地实施； 3. 熟悉图像处理、自然语言处理和机器学习算法，掌握常用的开发工具和编程 语言（如 Python、C++等）； 4. 具有良好的分析能力和问题解决能力，能够将业务需求转换为 AI 技术的产品 设计方案； 5. 理解大模型如 transformer、cnn 等的原理及应用，具备调优大模型的系统能力； 6. 熟悉 AI 模型开发的全流程，包括数据采集、预处理、模型训练、优化及部署。 拥有大规模机或深度学习模型的设计与实施经验
