嵌入式软件高级/资深工程师(AI自动化方向)

职位描述

1、负责车载网联相关产品的嵌入式Linux应用软件开发、调试、迭代优化及落地交付工作,参与产品需求分析、方案设计、技术评审等全流程工作 2、掌握Linux应用程序开发,负责网络通信、数据处理、业务需求以及中间件的开发实现,保障车载产品网络交互的稳定性、实时性与安全性。 3、负责程序性能优化、内存优化、进程与线程调度优化,解决项目开发及测试过程中出现的各类系统、网络、程序异常问题,保障产品稳定运行。 4、负责 AI infra、自动化工具链开发，能够通过 AI Agent/Skill 能力构建自动化测试、日志分析、问题诊断、配置下发等车载自动化系统，赋能嵌入式软件的开发、集成与问题定位，提升研发与测试交付效率。 5、配合产品、测试及硬件团队完成联调测试、问题复盘及版本迭代,协同推进

职位要求

1、硕士及以上学历,计算机、电子信息、软件工程、自动化等相关专业,具备嵌入式Linux开发经验,有车载网联产品开发经验者优先先。 2、至少掌握C/C++/python等一门编程语言,精通基础语法及面向对象编程思想,具备扎实的代码编程及调试能力,代码风格规范; 3、有实际的AI Agent/skill开发经验的，优先考虑 4、熟练掌握TCP/IP网络协议栈,精通网络通信原理,熟悉Socket编程、多网络场景数据交互开发,能够独立解决网络通信延迟、丢包、异常重连等问题。 5、熟练使用嵌入式Linux开发环境,精通Linux系统shell命令,Makefile,git,jenkens,交叉编译等常用操作; 6、有车载T-BOX、车机、车载网关、V2X等车载网联相关项目开发经验者优先。 7、善于沟通，抗压能力强，对技术保持高度的热情
