1、负责社媒 AIGC 内容的创意策划，持续追踪抖音、小红书、微博、B站等平台的热点话题、流行梗与爆款内容趋势，建立并维护品牌热点选题库； 2、结合品牌传播节奏、产品上市节点及营销需求，将社媒热点转化为契合品牌调性的内容创意，熟练运用 AIGC 工具产出创意脚本与内容方案； 3、与内容制作团队紧密协作，将创意方案及 AIGC 生成需求清晰传达并跟进落地，把控创意在执行中的还原度，确保产出内容有亮点、有传播力； 4、关注内容发布后的数据表现与用户反馈，复盘爆款内容规律，沉淀可复用的 AIGC 创意方法论，持续提升内容产出质量与爆款命中率； 5、关注 AIGC 内容创作的最新工具与玩法，结合竞品及行业优秀案例持续迭代创意表达方式，为品牌内容创新提供新鲜视角。

1、具备1-2.5 年社媒内容策划、创意文案或新媒体内容相关工作经验，有汽车、出行、消费品类品牌经验者优先； 熟练使用主流 AIGC 工具（生图、生视频、剪辑等），能独立完成创意内容从构思到创意脚本、视觉demo的制作，有 AIGC 爆款案例者优先； 2、网感强，熟悉主流社媒平台的内容生态与传播逻辑，对热点敏感，能把热点快速转化为有创意的 AIGC 内容选题； 3、具备优秀的创意构思与审美能力，能独立产出创意脚本与内容方案，把控 AIGC 产出的视觉与叙事质量； 4、逻辑清晰，沟通表达能力强，能与内容制作团队高效协作，推动创意高质量落地； 5、对汽车行业及汽车产品有一定了解或兴趣。
