【岗位职责】 1、日常运维保障：实时监控 AMR 硬件运行状态，10 分钟内响应故障报警，按 SOP 完成一般 / 紧急故障抢修（通信中断、避障异常、举升故障等），15 分钟响应一般故障、4 小时内闭环，24 小时内解决电机 / 主板等重大硬件故障； 2、巡检与保养执行：完成 AMR 每日点检（清洁、电池 / 传感器检查）、月度 / 半年保养（举升机构、轮胎、万向轮等部件维护），保障设备零异常运行； 3、现场适配与数据管理：实时巡检地码 / 货架码状态，配合现场需求完成更换；采集 AMR 运行日志、故障代码，生成每日运行报告，备份运行数据并开展基础分析； 4、备件全流程管理：负责常用备件 / 易损件 / 耗材的储备、现场更换、旧件回收，建立并维护备件台账，确保备件全生命周期可控； 5、现场协同支持：协助现场调度优化 AMR 运行路径，解答一线操作人员使用疑问，配合新项目导入、产线 / 仓储布局调整等工作。

【任职要求】 1、学历与经验：大专及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化、物流工程等相关专业优先；1 年以上工业自动化设备（AGV/AMR、产线设备）运维 / 维修经验，有汽车制造、仓储物流行业经验者优先； 2、专业技能：掌握 AMR 硬件结构（举升机构、传感器、电机、电池等），能独立处理常见硬件故障；熟悉电气电路、基础工控知识，能看懂设备电路图；熟练使用 Office 办公软件，可完成数据记录与日报输出； 3、综合素质：能适应现场倒班 / 驻场工作，抗压能力强；责任心强、执行力高，严格执行运维流程；具备良好沟通能力，可协同现场多岗位开展工作。
