1、商业机会研判（懂市场战略动态） -持续跟踪海外市场汽车OEM及关键Tier1（如欧洲地区）的组织变化、技术路线、采购与合作策略 -敏锐捕捉市场战略动态，识别长期战略合作切入点，建立机会池与优先级 -反向赋能公司产品规划、技术迭代与战略布局，推动形成可复用的行业解决方案与标准化对外输出体系 2、客户需求分析 & 方案输出（了解产品，匹配客户痛点） -常态化对接客户高层决策层、核心业务及技术影响者，理解客户长期及战略性需求，完成需求澄清、价值定位、合作命题设计 -熟悉公司技术能力和产品，拉通内部研发、架构、交付、法务等团队，平衡客户战略诉求、公司技术能力与商业收益，输出兼具可行性、专业性、商业价值性的定制化战略合作方案 3、资源调度 & 项目立项（洞察过程风险，推动客户需求落地） -全程主导战略级合作，从线索到立项的全流程，对客户需求有深度理解并转化为内部项目落地，包括内部评审、资源协调、阶段目标拆解、关键节点推进与风险闭环 -推动DA/NDA、合规审查、供应商准入、商务条款等前置流程，确保战略合作可合规签约、可落地交付、可稳定结算 4、长期客户关系管理（长期关系管理，建立战略关系） -维护海外核心车企高层决策圈层关系网络，建立定期战略沟通、高层互访、行业交流的常态化联动机制 -推动行业生态联动、跨界合作落地，建立战略绑定、生态共建、长期共赢的深度合作模式，持续提升单客户商业价值与海外市场品牌影响力

1、10年以上汽车行业相关经验 2、5年以上ToB大客户BD经验，具备长期战略合作推进经验 3、具备欧洲主机厂内部网络5年以上经验优先，对主机厂行业组织与关键人脉有可验证沉淀 4、良好的客户对接经验，有独立覆盖C-level/Head级客户并持续经营的经验优先 5、有可量化可追溯的BD案例 6、英语商务级，具备1门非英语工作语言能力优先（如德语、西语等） 7、出差要求：可接受欧洲出差30%-50%
