1.负责动力电池管理系统（BMS）控制软件的设计与开发； 2.基于模型开发工具进行控制策略建模、仿真与自动代码生成； 3.参与SOC/SOH/SOP、均衡控制、故障诊断等算法模块开发； 4.负责模型与嵌入式C代码的集成与调试； 5.编写相关设计文档、测试报告及标定说明； 6.支持HIL测试、台架测试及整车验证。

1.本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、车辆工程、控制工程等相关专业背景，具备扎实的专业知识； 2.3年以上BMS或新能源汽车控制软件开发经验； 3.熟练使用主流模型开发工具进行模型开发； 4.熟悉自动代码生成工具的配置与使用流程； 5.具备良好的C语言基础，能够阅读和编写嵌入式C代码； 6.理解嵌入式系统基本原理（任务调度、中断、内存管理等）； 7.有一定底层软件开发经验（MCAL/驱动/OS接口集成优先）； 8.熟悉CAN通信协议，有CAN数据库工具使用经验； 9.具备良好的文档编写能力。 加分项： 1.有AUTOSAR项目经验（Classic Platform优先）； 2.熟悉OS调度机制（OSEK/AUTOSAR OS）； 3.有SOC/SOH算法开发经验； 4.熟悉功能安全（ISO 26262）开发流程； 5.有主流AUTOSAR配置工具使用经验； 6.有主流HIL测试平台使用经验（如硬件在环测试系统）； 7.具备电池特性理解（OCV曲线、EIS、热模型等）。
