1、负责动力电池管理系统（BMS）核心软件及平台软件的架构设计、功能开发与技术优化，承担核心模块的方案设计与落地； 2、基于主流模型开发工具开展模型开发、仿真验证及自动代码生成，建立规范化的模型开发流程； 3、负责SOC、SOH、SOP、SOE、均衡控制、热管理、故障诊断、充放电控制等核心功能的软件设计与优化； 4、主导软件需求分析、软件架构设计、模块划分及接口定义，保证软件的可扩展性、可维护性及平台化能力； 5、负责控制策略与嵌入式C代码集成，协同底层软件团队完成AUTOSAR平台集成、软件配置及整车应用开发； 6、参与软件平台建设，推动软件组件化、模块化及平台化设计，提升软件复用率和开发效率； 7、主导软件技术攻关，解决项目开发及量产过程中复杂的软件问题，持续提升软件质量和系统稳定性； 8、指导中初级工程师开展软件开发工作，参与技术评审、代码评审及开发规范建设； 9、支持HIL、SIL、MIL测试、台架测试及整车调试，参与项目交付及量产问题分析。

1、车辆工程、电气工程、自动化、控制工程、电子信息、软件工程等相关专业背景，具备扎实的专业知识与丰富的BMS软件开发经验； 2、5年以上新能源汽车BMS软件开发经验，具有多个量产项目开发经验； 3、精通主流模型开发工具进行建模开发，熟悉基于模型的开发（MBD）流程及自动代码生成工具的配置与使用； 4、具有扎实的C语言基础，能够熟练阅读、开发和调试嵌入式软件代码； 5、熟悉BMS控制策略开发，具备SOC、SOH、SOP、均衡、热管理、故障诊断等至少一个核心领域的深入开发经验； 6、熟悉AUTOSAR软件架构，具备一定的底层软件（BSW）开发或集成经验，了解MCAL、OS、RTE及软件组件（SWC）开发流程； 7、熟悉CAN、UDS诊断、XCP等车载通信协议，能够独立完成软件调试及问题定位； 8、熟悉ISO 26262功能安全及ASPICE软件开发流程，具备规范化软件开发经验； 9、具有良好的软件架构设计能力、系统分析能力及跨团队协作能力。

满足以下条件者优先： 1、具有平台化BMS软件开发经验，参与过多个车型平台的软件复用及架构设计； 2、熟悉域控制器或中央计算平台的软件开发流程，具备跨控制器功能集成经验； 3、具有AUTOSAR Classic平台软件开发经验，熟悉主流AUTOSAR配置与集成工具； 4、熟悉动力电池系统、电池特性及整车控制策略； 5、具有HIL自动化测试、CI/CD、静态代码分析工具及软件质量体系建设经验； 6、具有技术带教、项目技术负责人或模块负责人经验。
