职位描述 1、负责经营预算的收集编制并分析评估预算合理性，搭建和优化财务模型，编制中长期规划、年度及季度滚动预算；支持业务预算申请及审核，滚动跟进预算执行情况； 2、深入了解菲律宾经营模式营销全流程并参与流程优化，识别、预见各类风险，提出预防风险的措施和解决方案，满足合规，提升运营效率； 3、参与菲律宾新能源汽车行业及竞品分析，从财务分析角度对产品定价、商务政策、市场推广等提出有效意见，制定投入产出指标，跟进落实执行及目标达成情况； 4、对重点费用项进行复盘，定期出具多维度经营分析数据及业务运营情况报告；包括市场竞争态势、目标达成状况、预算执行进度等，识别业务痛点及降本点，输出建议方案，推动业务优化； 5、负责及时支持解决一线运营问题，包含收款、付款、系统等，制定短期、长期解决方案并落实执行； 6、支持业务线财务数据信息化建设，推进业财融合，提升数据自动化和分析效率； 7、协调财、税、法及其他集团内部门，为解决业务问题找到合适解决方案。

职位要求 1、5年以上大型企业财务相关工作经验，其中至少2年以上营销服财务BP经验，跨国公司经验优先； 2、有良好的业务思维、能从财务视角对业务流程提出合规、有建设性的建议和要求； 3、优秀的组织协调能力、表达沟通能力、抗压能力，积极主动，有责任心； 4、熟练使用各种办公软件，能熟练运用excel搭建数据分析模型，有专业数据分析工具使用技能者优先。 5、英语可作为工作语言；可以接受外派者优先
